Shipping policy

PROCESSING & PRODUCTION TIME
• Regular Made-to-Order Items: Orders are processed and produced within 3 business days before shipping.
• Custom Orders: Custom and bulk DTF apparel orders begin production only after final proof approval. Production times for custom orders vary depending on quantity and order complexity.

We currently ship within the United States only.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY
• Standard domestic shipping typically takes 2 to 5 business days via USPS once dispatched.
• Expedited shipping is available at checkout as a flat rate. Including our 3-day production time, expedited orders typically arrive about 5 days after ordering; standard orders typically arrive 6 to 8 days after ordering.
• Tracking information is automatically emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

DELIVERY & ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Ashes to Armor Apparel is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or misdirected due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
